Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Shipping cost: €6.90
Free shipping on orders of €200 or more
Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — no extra taxes or duties on delivery.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping outside the European Union is currently unavailable through our online checkout.If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the EU, please contact us at info@oystarstudio.com. We’ll be happy to check the available shipping options for your destination. Please note that international deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, local taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees, depending on the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@oystarstudio.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you with the next steps.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Shipping Restrictions

We  do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
