When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and can range from two to four weeks. Information regarding shipments and tracking numbers will be sent to the customer's specified email address. If you have not received information about the delivery of your order, please contact our support service
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days.
What are the conditions for a return?
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging. The garment's safety line must not be cut off. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How will I know if my return has been processed?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Do you offer exchanges?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items with damage caused by wearing or improper storage cannot be replaced.
Why might my order be cancelled?
Orders or parts of orders may be cancelled due to item unavailability, payment processing issues, inability to ship to the provided address, or duplicate orders. If your order is cancelled, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. You will not be charged for cancelled items. For alternative products, please contact us.

What are the best washing recommendations?
Pre-wash new items. Wash inside-out, with similar colors, and in cold water (30°C). Use a short, low-spin cycle. Air dry items whenever possible. Avoid tumble dryers, as they can damage elastic fibers.
What currency do you accept for payments?
We accept payments in US Dollar ($). The amount in other currencies will be calculated according to the current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.
