2. Shipping Costs

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We currently ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means that product prices do not include any local taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes required by your destination country to release your order from customs.
4. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
